Jackayyy!

Since, I haven't had a real update in a little while, heres one...

Christmas was pretty good. Although, I would have enjoyed it more if I was at home :/
I got a lot of things for my camera [new lens, new camera bag, new filters...], clothes [hoodies and sweaters], and money [most is for Spain].

The ATL concert was good, as always. I have to say, the best part was when a fan came up on stage and proposed to his girlfriend... infront of 2000+ people. That was cute.

New Years Eve was good at the end, even if it was a little hectic.

On New Years day, my neighbor and I went to the mall. We decided to go into the expensive stores and act like we were rich haha That was pretty nice. I actually forgot that I wasnt rich until I had to go into PacSun :/ We ended up doing 3 laps around the mall until my mom said she was ready to go. So we walked like 3 miles :/

And today, was my first day back to school. But of course to start off the new year at school, I just had to pass out while getting out of the shower which caused me to trip on the tub, fall, and hit my head on the floor. That really hurt. I had a big lump on my forehead and I also think I have a really big bruise on my knee :/
But the school day itself was a lot better than I anticipated. Its actually nice to have a routine again...

then Sunday is the ATL show with Sam :)

Today starts my 17 day break :D and for once, I actually have things to do.

and somewhere in all of that, I'm going to DC, Baltimore, having a winter party, having friends over, and doing homework.

The Weather Channel said it might snow on Christmas at my grandparents house. Which will be nice, since I havent really had a white Christmas in a longgggg time.

sure, i checked back here everyday, but i havent really posted anything in a while....

Okay. So yesterday was prettttty awesome. At first I wasn't so sure about it because I would otherwise have had to stand by myself in the stands if I didn't find Sarah and Jessica... but I did :)

Anyway... heres what happened:

-Sarah and I almost got ran over by Boys Like Girls in their golf cart-like thing.

-We watched Boys Like Girls play ring toss and do an interview.

-We watched All Time Low do an interview.

-All Time Low, Boys Like Girls, and Metro Station went by on the golf cart-like things about 57490720 times.

-People from a roller coaster would look back at the arena as they were going up it to watch the show.

-Jack kept looking at me D:

-There was this guy in the crowd that looked just like Alex, so people would take pictures with him.

-Alex wants to steal the Batmobile thats in the park XD

Yeah haha.

Also... my first day of 10th grade was today. It went pretty well, overall. But I have to get a class changed because I didn't sign up to play basketball with all guys :/

...about leaving here. A lot of people have left already, so whats one more?

I also don't see the point of posting things anymore if I don't get any feedback.

Who thinks I should stay?

So, the beach was good. Got sunburn on my shoulders and feet, got a new bag and necklace, dropped my phone in the sand, my chair got crapped on by a seagull... yeah....

The 3 Doors Down concert was really good though. But on the way there, there was a reallllly bad storm and my dad got a little dent on his truck from the hail. Anyway, I got a $40 tour shirt XD but I guess it was worth it.

And Jeffrey, thanks for almost giving me a heart attack DDDDD:

Tomorrow at 10am, I'm leaving for NJ. I'll leave there on Saturday and then go to my grandparents house. Then on Sunday, I'm gonna go see 3 Doors Down up there.

So yeah. I'm not gonna be on till Monday.

But notes and comments are always nice to come back to ;D

So yeah. Last night was pretty awesome. I really don't feel like listing/writing everything that happened sorry XD

Tonight, my neighbors came over and about 30 minutes before they left, we lit up a pickle. It was pretty amazing. It smelled bad and it was sparking, but it did light up.

And right now, I'm super tired and my back still kinda hurts for basically standing for 9-ish hours yesterday. :/

Oh! Also, the pictures I got with a3/4 of the  members of There For Tomorrow suck. So I don't think I'm going to put them up haha. [Sara and Laura: I didn't get a picture with Jay because I didn't recognize him D: ]

On Friday night, I had just gotten back from State College, PA. We went up to the arts fest with my neighbors and then visited my cousin who just started college up there; chased some baby ducks, ate some amazing pizza, and got some amazing ice cream.

Anyway, last night I saw Weird Al. OMG HE WAS HILARIOUS. Probably the best concert ever.

Oh, the casting call for ANTM was at the Pentagon City mall when we passed through there last night. Omg the line was soooo long. XD

...was very interesting. When we arrived there, we unloaded 2 big coolers and 1 small one. We were getting a lot of weird looks XD Anyway, when we were setting up our spot, I saw that my old friend, Caroline, was sitting behind me. So we were talking for a little bit; catching up with stuff since I haven't seen her in over a year. After we were done talking, my friend, Julia, and her family finally arrived. They set up their stuff right next to ours, and since Julia and I didn't feel like sitting with our soon-to-be drunk parents, we decided to take a walk. Since it had started to rain a little before they got there, a few minutes into our walk, it started to rain. Not drizzle... rain. Then a few minutes after that, it began to pour... and thunder... and lightning. And since our parents had already claimed the umbrellas and tarps, we decided to continue walking. Then, we noticed that everybody was leaving. We were glad because before, it was PACKED. So we were walking around drenched. Our hair was dripping, shirts plastered to us, shoes soaked, and we were freezing. We decided to go into the portable bathrooms [not port-a-potties, those are nasty] and try to dry our phones and my camera. But while we were in there, there was a streak of light that lit up the whole room and thunder that shook the whole thing. A lady that was in there with us had told us that lightning had struck right outside where we were. We were so scared. When I saw the lightning, my heart even stopped for a few seconds. Anyway, when we went outside, everyone was asking eachother if they saw it. We decided to keep walking in the pouring rain, hoping that the storm would pass soon. We then decided that we wanted something to eat. So we went back to our parents, and I asked my parents for some money. My dad gave me $12 for some reason, so we went and bought 2 frozen Twix bars. They were very good. After we ate those, we noticed that the rain was starting to get lighter. We were really happy about that. We needed to sun to come out and warm us up. And a few minutes later, it was only drizzling. After it stopped raining, we noticed that we were probably the most drenched out of all of the people. So we went back to our parents, got out a dry blanket, and sat down. But that didnt last too long because after about 10 minutes of us sitting down, the fireworks started. Since a tree was in our way, Julia and I walked down to the water where we could see them better. I took about 360 pictures of them, and only getting a few good ones, while Julia recorded the whole thing on her phone. And to be honest, I don't think those fireworks were worth being drenched for 5 hours. We walked back to our parents and were helping them pack up, and my dad's friend had gotten my book out of his chair cover. My brother thought it would be dry there. WRONG. It was ruined...

And now I have a cold. :)

In about an hour, I'm leaving to go meet some friends over at some concert-thing. And my house smells of wine and whiskey... its not the best smell in the world. My mom has been cooking since last night; I'm not even sure why. All I know is that we have whoopie pies, egg rolls, potato salad, chicken, wine, sodas, and probably a lot of other things I haven't seen her make. So I hope its fun. Anyway, we blew 2 fuses a few minutes ago, but luckily, Buzznet saved this in my drafts. So yay! :D

Everyone have a safe and fun 4th. No fingers blown off, please.

So, my dad had to ship the laptop back because the '6' key broke off.  Meaning, I won't be on here as much since I have to share the desktop with 3 other people. But, I guess that'll leave me time to work on my summer homework. Oh joy. :/

Also, my report card came today. I don't know if I'm happy or bummed about it (overall grades for the year):

*= final exam grades. all other grades go in order from 1st-4th quater. gym and health were 2 quarters each.

I just got back from the beach which is just a few miles away and it just started to storm. I wonder how many people are running back to their cars haha. Anyway, heres what happened at the beach:

• We found atleast 20 sharks teeth.
• We found a few whale/dolphin bones.
• When my dad and I went into the water, we noticed that it felt like mud. It was gross.
• My dad stepped on a horseshoe crab in the water D:
• My brother found this huge piece of coal O.o
• There were a lot of dead crabs and driftwood along the beach.
• There was a piece of driftwood that kind of looked like a dead seal D:
• And I don't think I got a tan. -___-

I just wish that the NJ beaches had sharks teeth and stuff. I'm going there at the end of July with my family and I can't wait. We've gone there every year for the past 15 years and my mom didn't want to live one year without going haha.

What are you guys up to this summer?

I guess today is my official first day of summer. Friday the 13th. Yesterday was final make up day and the teachers were begging those of us with no finals to make up, not to come. They sure love us. Heres some things I have planned this summer:

This weekend I am going up to my grandparents for my cousins graduation party.

July 9th-11th I'll be back up in PA for an arts fest thing with my neighbors.

July 12th I'm going to a Weird Al show with my family.

July 19th I'm going to an ATL show with my friend, Sara.

July 27th I'm going to see 3 Doors Down, Staind, and Hinder up in PA with my parents.

And to add to all of that, we're going camping in NC sometime and then my parents have made up this new thing: free days. My brother and I get to both pick a place thats up to 3 hours away, and we get to spend the day there.... andddd we get to take a friend. We can also combine our 3 hours and go somewhere up to 6 hours away, and stay the night. But, we cant take friends if that happens. -_-

Anyway, who wants to do my summer work? Read 14 chapters of my AP US History book and then outline them, 4 pages of precalc work, read 5 books on history and do projects on 2 of them, and read 2 books for English and do a project on one of them. :|

Yesterday, we had hurricane-like conditions; heavy rain for 3 days and strong winds. After being in them all day, I thought I would get away from them when I got home. WRONG. Because the power was out, I couldnt get my garage door open. So, I had to walk 1/4 mile down to my friends house, which I stayed at for an hour. And while I was there... my phone dies. Then we came back to my house, trying to find something to do. Taking pictures, walking, and playing pinball seemed to pass the time. She left after 2 hours or so, and then it was time to make dinner. Well, there wasnt much you could make on a grill...in the rain.... in 47F weather. My mom ended up making mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches. They were very good, btw. My dad then tells me that I can charge my phone in his truck [i wish he would have told me that before]. So I went out to the truck and plugged in my phone, going back out every 30 minutes or so. But because my phone charges faster in the truck, it had over half of its battery life by 45 minutes. I went back inside and then did my art homework... ewww. AND THEN WE WENT TO FOOD LION! That was pretty exciting. We bought some.... water...uhh water... and some crackers; thinking the power was going to be out longer than it was. We came back home and my mom was lighting all of her candles again [im surprised she didnt burn the house down]. Because I was done my homework, I decided to start a collage. But just as I was starting it, the power came back on. :|

There was also flooding on 2 roads, many big trees down, shingles and shudders ripped off of houses, and a very large tree fell on a guy's newly painted porch... theres barely a porch left....and yet, the benches on it werent hurt.

So yeah... that was my day yesterday.... without power....in the dark.... with no water....

Who knew people relied on electric so much?
